Once a data bundle has been successfully delivered to a number, no refund or reversal will be issued. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all details entered are correct before proceeding with payment also you can order for the same number as many as you want however wait for the initial order to be delivered first.If you order for the same number twice at the same time only one will come and there will be no refund .

2. ⚑ Delivery Time

  • MTN: Delivery takes 1–45 minutes when there’s no system error or network failure.
  • Telecel: Delivery is instant, with a maximum of 30 minutes.
  • AirtelTigo: Delivery is instant at all times.

3. πŸ“± Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide the correct recipient number during checkout. Skynet Gh will not be responsible for data sent to an incorrect number.

4. 🚨 Failed Delivery or Issues

If a transaction fails but payment is successful, the issue will be investigated, and the data will be delivered or the amount refunded to the wallet (not to cash or MoMo).

Reports must be made on the same day of the order by clicking the β€œReport” button next to the specific order on the order history page.

❌ Reports made the next day will not be accepted or processed.

Agents and resellers must follow all platform rules strictly. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

  • Wallet balance is non-withdrawable.
  • Wallet funds can only be used to purchase bundles or services on the platform.
